The Editors of TL&D invite submission of unpublished, original works for publication in the forthcoming Special Issue of TL&D (vol.3, no.1 (2011)). The theme for the Special Issue is: Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL).

Manuscripts received by 15th January, 2011 shall be considered for publication in the TL&D TWAIL Special Issue. Established TWAIL scholar and a keen thinker - Prof. B. S. Chimni will be Consulting Guest Editor for the Special Issue.

Manuscripts received by 15th October, 2009 shall be considered for publication in the Fall, 2009 issue.
