The Editors of TL&D invite submission of unpublished, original works for publication in the forthcoming Special Issue of TL&D (vol.4, no.1 (2012)). The theme for the Special Issue is: Dispute Settlement at the World Trade Organization.

Manuscripts received by 31st October, 2011 shall be considered for publication in the TL&D Special Issue on Dispute Settlement at the WTO.

In light of his sad demise, the Editorial Board of TL&D has decided to dedicate the upcoming Special Issue on TWAIL to the memory of the late Prof. Anand, preeminent international law scholar and founding father of TWAIL. Although the deadline for submissions has passed, we welcome contributions on Prof. Anand's work, persona and legacy.

Manuscripts received by 15th January, 2011 shall be considered for publication in the TL&D TWAIL Special Issue. Established TWAIL scholar and a keen thinker - Prof. B. S. Chimni will be Consulting Guest Editor for the Special Issue.
